Plumstead Manor School had completed a successful pilot for using professional coaching to help enhance leadership and communications skills and improve team working between teachers. They decided to roll it out the following year. This video case study was commissioned by Matrix7 who wanted a way of showing other schools the benefits and impact of the programme.
