We have worked in partnership with Plumstead Manor School for over 4 years now, with great success.

We began in 2004 by producing a DVD for the school and a business-card sized CD for the sixth form centre. These were so successful we were then commissioned to revamp both websites for the school and centre.

In 2006 we were asked to produce a special film highlighting the exceptional Gifted and Talented department within the school - the resulting video is showcased here. The impact of this new video was immediate and applications to the school rose by over 50%.

Since then we have maintained a very good working relationship. We have updated the sixth form promotional material to a new interactive DVD and have recently redesigned both websites again.

As the Assistant Head of a successful girls' school I had never looked beyond our printed brochure as a means of promoting ourselves, but I am now converted to this 21st Century technology.

The Story: During the Spring of 2004 we decided to produce a CD-Rom to advertise our Sixth Form Centre and a DVD to promote our school. AP Multimedia were the company chosen after they impressed us with their experience, ideas and friendly approach.

Following extensive planning they produced a dynamic interactive CD-Rom designed to gain the attention of young people. We are now the proud possessors of a business card-sized CD that contains our prospectus, interviews with students, art galleries, application forms and a dramatic standalone advert.

Following this success they began work on a 25 minute DVD. With remarkably few filming days, and the minimum of disruption to classes, the final film has captured the spirit and ethos of our school superbly, especially in allowing the children's voices to be heard.

Towards the end we also commissioned an additional segment featuring the views of a number of our parents. The film-makers happily accommodated this request and the subsequent section on the DVD has added immensely to its overall impact.

We are extremely delighted with the end product and believe it will be of huge benefit to us by raising our profile in the local community. In the light of these achievements we have also commissioned AP Multimedia to re-brand our two school websites. These will include new features such as virtual tours, on-line application forms, student success stories and a totally new look to match the branding on our CD-Rom, DVD and prospectus.

As the work has progressed we have become more and more excited by the possibilities opening up to us as a school and the sheer quality of the work produced by this innovative company. The material we now have at our disposal represents tremendous value for money. And the partnership will not end here as we will be easily able to upgrade our information in the future.
